Halle Berry's Nanny Loses Restraining Order Against Gabriel Aubry

Despite allegedly being pushed out of a door by Halle Berry’s ex, Gabriel Aubry, Alliance Kamdem has had her request for a restraining order denied.

Not to get technical, but if she’s being pushed out of a door, does she really need that restraining order anyway?

At any rate, Aubry has a three year-old daughter with Berry, Nahla, and the child’s nanny tried to file a restraining order stemming from an incident last week, but the judge called her petition “insufficient and speculative.”

Kamdem claims that after going to Nahla’s school and being she was absent, she went to Aubry’s home and asked why he didn’t take her. Aubry then pushed her out the door violently while she was carrying the child.

And that’s not the only claim she’s making. Kamdem also says that during a recent trip to Spain, where Halle was shooting a movie, Gabriel “would walk over and violently grab/take Nahla away from me.”

She says that Aubry barked at her: “You are a spy.”

And also: “Nahla doesn’t like you, she doesn’t want you here.”

If anything, these claims prove one thing: one of these two people is absolutely insane.

The judge told Kamdem the issues should be resolved in family court. Despite Kamdem’s denial of a restraining order, Gabriel is currently being investigated for child endangerment and battery.

Kamdem also filed a police report after the alleged incident, claiming that Gabriel injured her. She then quit her nanny position.
